RONALD W. PARKER

Ronald W. Parker earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Baltimore in 1969 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1973. Mr. Parker's area of expertise is personal injury, including motor vehicle and workers' compensation. In addition, Mr. Parker is proficient in family law, real estate, construction, estate law, wills, medical mal-practice, DWI, traffic, criminal and landlord/tenant issues.

DONALD E. PALLETT

Donald E. Pallett earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado in 1971 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from George Mason University in 1982. Mr. Pallett's area of expertise is family law. In addition he is proficient in personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, workers' compensation and slip and fall litigation. In addition, Mr. Pallett is proficient in family law matters including divorce, custody, child support and property matters.

KARMEN M. KATER-SLEZAK

Karmen M. Kater-Slezak graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School in 1991. She was a former trial counsel for Nationwide Insurance Company and was selected by their Trial Division management to attend the Nationwide Trial Division Leadership Development Program. While at Parker & Pallett, Mrs. Kater- Slezak has successfully completed a Defense of Criminal Case Seminar and the Maryland Trial Advocacy Institute. She has considerable civil and auto tort experience.

WILLIAM H. KLUMPP, JR.

William Klumpp, Jr. received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland in 1982. He is a former trial counsel for The Harford Insurance Company and for Nationwide Insurance Company. Mr. Klumpp has tried many jury trials and hundreds of bench trials.

MATT M. PAAVOLA

A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Matt began the practice of law in the Essex area in 1982. He founded his own firm in 1986. Now known as Workers Comp Law Firm, LLC, the firm concentrates in Workers' Compensation law and other personal injury law. Business law, estate law, criminal law and civil litigation are also a big part of the firm. Mr. Paavola has tried cases at virtually every level, from Maryland's various courts of original jurisdiction to the highest appellate courts. He has also been involved in a great deal of federal litigation. Mr. Paavola's greatest source of pride is his trial skills in Workers' Compensation Law.

JOHN F. BLEVINS

John F. Blevins received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics from Vanderbilt University in 1971. Continuing his education, in 1974, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Blevin's legal areas of concentration are debtor/creditor relations, jury and non-jury litigation, personal injury torts, workers’ compensation, and real estate.
